Lewes have made Byron Napper their fifth signing of the summer.
The former Crawley Town midfielder joins the Rooks after a spell at Horsham.
Assistant-manager Danny Bloor said: βHe is a player we have been monitoring for a long time.
βSteve Evans and Craig Brewster thought highly of him at Crawley. We think he will be a bit asset to our squad. He can play in a number of positions and has a desire to do well.β
