Albion midfielder Jake Forster-Caskey has been named again by England under 21 head coach Gareth Southgate in the squad for the final two Euro qualifiers in Lithuania and Moldova next month.
But team-mate Solly March's back injury has ruled him out of contention for the games against Lithuania in Kaunas on Friday 5 September (5pm) and Moldova in Tiraspol four days later (5pm).
Forster-Caskey and March both featured for the under 21s in the Toulon tournament in France at the end of last season.
Meanwhile, Albion's third-choice goalkeeper Christian Walton is in Aidy Boothroyd's first England under 20's squad to face Romania on Telford on Friday September 5 (7.30pm).
Walton will be competing with new call-up Christy Pym from Exeter in the party named by former Watford, Coventry and Northampton manager Boothroyd, who joined the FA as a national coach in February.
