Former Albion head coach Oscar Garcia has been admitted to hospital with minor chest pains.
Oscar, 41, is now in charge at Watford, having left Albion at the end of last season and then having a spell back at his former club Maccabi Tel Aviv.
He will miss the Hornets’ match away to Blackpool tomorrow evening when assistant coaches Ruben Martinez and Javier Pereira will take charge.
Oscar checked himself into hospital on Sunday and is undergoing further tests today.
Albion play Watford away on Saturday October 4.
