Josh Simpson returns to captain Crawley as they take on Yeovil Town at the Checkatrade.com Stadium.

The midfielder has been sidelined since damaging ankle ligaments in the opening day win at Barnsley seven weeks ago.

Simpson comes into the midfield along with Keith Keane who was ineligible for the 2-0 defeat at Preston last weekend with Bobson Bawling dropping to the bench and Conor Henderson left out of the squad altogether.

The captain could play in an advanced midfield role behind Izale McLeod with boss John Gregory opting to stick with a lone striker despite Reds’ lack of goals.

Gregory makes one other change with Lanre Oyebanjo returning after missing the last three games through injury. Oyebanjo slots back in at right-back with Jimmy Smith pushing into midfield.

Tomlin is ruled out by the heavy kick he got towards the end of the game at Deepdale last week and joins Ryan Dickson on the sidelines.

Yeovil make one change to the side which pulled off a shock 1-0 victory over Peterborough last week, Jakub Sokolik replacing Ben Nugent in the centre of defence.
