Dean Leacock has urged Crawley to demonstrate their resolve again at Notts County tomorrow.

Reds travel to Meadow Lane still licking their wounds from the 4-1 defeat at home to Peterborough United last weekend.

It was the second time Crawley have conceded four at home this season and they followed the 4-0 setback to Rochdale last month by losing just one of their next six games.

John Gregory’s men will also be boosted by the return of Leacock’s central defensive partner Joe Walsh and winger Gwion Edwards from international duty with Wales, along with the potential availability of skipper Josh Simpson following injury.

Leacock said: “Obviously it was a disappointing result last weekend. I think the scoreline was harsh on us as it was never a 4-1 but they were very clinical and punished us for our mistakes.

“We have had a result like that before and bounced back really well so hopefully we can do the same.

“We really missed Joe and Gwion against Peterborough too so we should be a little bit stronger tomorrow.”
