Luke Blewden’s soaring header gave Lewes a 1-0 victory over Bognor today in their Ryman premier derby at the Dripping Pan.

Striker Blewden converted Nicky Wheeler’s cross in the 58th minute to secure the win.

The Rooks had Matt Crabb sent off in the closing minutes for a second bookable offence but Bognor, despite late pressure, were unable to find a leveller.
