Eastbourne Borough drew 2-2 with Maidenhead United in Conference south today at Priory Lane thanks to a double from Gavin McCallum.
McCallum gave Borough a 13th-minute lead after a corner but Marvin Hamilton was credited with an own goal after he failed to keep out Reece Tison-Lascaris’ effort just after the half-hour.
Striker McCallum restored Borough’s lead on 51 minutes but Maidenhead again hit back with a Jacob Erskine leveller on the hour.
Whitehawk lost 2-0 at Farnborough after Louie Theophanous struck three minutes before the break and Michael Richens’ cross sailed over goalkeeper Craig Ross’ head in the last minute.
