Nzuzi Toko cancelled his contract with Albion without a pay-off.
The Congolese midfielder parted company with the Seagulls last week by mutual consent.
Toko was only seven months into a three-year deal after becoming Albion’s first signing of last summer from Swiss side Grasshopper Zurich.
He made one 20-minute substitute appearance for the first team and has now signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Eskisehirspor in the Turkish top flight. Toko made his debut for them on Saturday in a 2-2 draw at Akhisar Belediyespor, followed by his first home appearance on Wednesday in a 1-0 win in the cup against Galatasaray.
