Albion players Aaron Hughes and Gordon Greer has to be content with places on the bench for this evening's European Championship qualifying matches.
Northern Ireland's joint most capped outfield player Hughes had to settle for a place on the bench as Jonny Evans partnered Gareth McAuley in central defence for the match against Finland in Belfast.
Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill: "It's never easy to leave Aaron Hughes out of the side, he's been a brilliant player for many years but he accepted it as I thought he would do. Otherwise, the team is as expected.
"If we win tonight we will be eight points clear of Finland but we expect a very tough game. We have to be patient but we know how to exploit their weaknesses."
Greer was one of the subs for Scotland's game against minnows Gibraltar at Hampden in Group D, having played in the midweek win over Northern Ireland.
