Christian Walton has been left on the bench for England under-20s in their pivotal penultimate group game in the Toulon tournament in France against Mexico tonight (6pm).
The Albion keeper played in the opening 3-3 draw against current group leaders Morocco.
Sunderland's Jordan Pickford took over for the 2-1 win against Ivory Coast which has left Aidy Boothroyd's youngsters in third place.
Pickford has been retained for the clash against Mexico, who have the same number of points.
Boothroyd's side, unbeaten in ten matches this season, need to finish top of the group to reach the final. England have not won the tournament for 21 years.
