Solly March will start on the left wing for Albion today – and there is a recall for defender Lewis Dunk.
March replaces the suspended Jamie Murphy at home to Cardiff, allowing Sam Baldock to partner the returning Tomer Hemed in attack.
Meanwhile Dunk comes in to central defence in place of Uwe Huenemeier, who is on the bench.
As expected, Bruno is fit to start at right-back after recovering from swelling to the ankle sustained in a challenge at Bolton last Saturday.
Cardiff name the XI that beat Charlton 2-1 last Saturday with fit-again Lee Peltier settling for a place on the bench, along with ex-Albion favourites Craig Noone and Alex Revell.
Albion: Stockdale; Bruno, Greer, Dunk, Bong; Rosenior, Kayal, Stephens, March; Baldock, Hemed. Subs: Maenpaa, Huenemeier, Calderon, Crofts, Ince, Manu, Zamora.
Cardiff: Moore; Fabio, Morrison, Connolly, Malone; Pilkington, Dikgacoi, Whittingham, Ralls; Jones, Mason. Subs: Wilson, Peltier, Ecuele Manga, Noone, Gunnarsson, Revell, Ameobi.
