Roarie Deacon has returned to the Crawley Town starting line-up for today’s FA Cup first round tie at home to Luton Town.

The former Stevenage attacker replaces Shamir Fenelon as one of two changes from the side that won 1-0 at home to York City in League Two a week ago.

Christian Scales comes in at left-back for fellow loanee Mitch Hancox, who has not been given permission to play by parent club Birmingham.

Loan trio Scales, Rhys Murphy and Josh Yorwerth have all been allowed to play by their parent clubs.

Crawley will be looking to complete a double over Luton after being the Hatters in a league clash at the Checkatrade.com Stadium last month.

The Reds are still without Joe McNerney and Lanre Oyebanjo due to knee injuries but Gavin Tomlin is on the bench as he continues his comeback from summer groin surgery.

Former Albion striker Craig Mackail-Smith has not recovered from a hamstring injury to play for Luton, who make two changes. Among them Ashley Justham plays in goal in place of regular No.1 Mark Tyler.
