Kazenga LuaLua has been given the all-clear to boost Albion's attacking options for Brentford's visit on Friday night.

But skipper Gordon Greer will still be missing and a question mark remains over Sam Baldock's availability.

LuaLua suffered a bruised toe as a second half substitute against Huddersfield at the Amex in the Seagulls' last outing on January 23.

It was the left-winger's first home appearance since September after recovering from groin damage and he was subsequently pulled out of a run-out in the under-21s as a precaution.

Manager Chris Hughton said today: "He's trained very well and for a decent period. He's fine and raring to go."

Greer will be missing for the third match in succession with a recurrence of hamstring trouble, so Connor Goldson continues in the centre of defence alongside Lewis Dunk.

Hughton expects Greer to be available for Bolton's visit on February 13.

Baldock has made one substitute appearance since early November due to a thigh injury and, more recently, a calf problem.

Hughton said: "He trained today. He hasn't done much training with the team this week but he is injury-free. The question really is how quickly that we involve him."
