Albion have recalled Elvis Manu from his loan stint at Huddersfield.
They have cut the agreement short due to the former Feyenoord man’s limited opportunities at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Manu has been one of six loan players competing for five permitted places in the Huddersfield side.
He will see out the season as part of the back-up to the Seagulls’ promotion-pushing squad.
Albion boss Chris Hughton said: “With his first-team options limited, it's better for Elvis that he comes back here. He has always been a great professional in his approach to training and he also gives us an additional attacking option for the final weeks of the season."
Manu made five appearances for the Terriers after joining them on loan on the final day of the winter transfer window.
