Dermot Drummy is confident the goals will start to flow more freely for Crawley Town soon.

Reds have made an encouraging start to the season by taking seven points from their opening three games in League Two and pushing Wolves all the way in the EFL Cup.

Head coach Drummy has been delighted with Crawley’s defensive solidity which has seen them concede just one goal in three league games and will be hoping for more of the same when they welcome Barnet to the Checkatrade.com Stadium today.

And he is not concerned by the fact they have only found the net four times – once in each game – so far.

Drummy said: “We could have scored lots of goals and lost 4-3 or 4-2 so I would much rather win 1-0. I want to see lots of goals but you have to accept there are times when you have to do the other side of the game and I’ve been delighted with the way we have defended.

“It is certainly not a concern as most of our games so far have been entertaining and we’ve created plenty of chances.

“It is just a case of putting them away but that will come.”

Drummy will make a late decision on the fitness of winger Jordan Roberts who has missed the last two games due to a bruised toe.

Forward Adi Yusuff returns from injury but defender Addison Garnett is still three weeks away with a hamstring strain.

Barnet will be without striker Michael Gash who has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury.
