Solly March stepped up his comeback from injury with another 45 minutes as Albion under-23s won 1-0 against Fulham tonight at the Amex.
Joe Ward won the game with a goal in stoppage time but Albion played much of the match with ten men after defender Tyler Hornby-Forbes was dismissed for his reaction to a challenge.
Winger March played 45 minutes on his return to action for the Seagulls’ under-23 side against Aston Villa at Crawley on Monday night following eight months out with a serious knee injury.
He got his second run out last night and again came off at the break.
Hornby-Forbes presented March with a chance after nine minutes but Fulham goalkeeper Magnus Norman comfortably saved his shot.
Hornby-Forbes was sent off after his reaction to a first-half challenge by Dagur Thorsteinsson.
