Albion goalkeeping prospect Christian Walton kept a clean sheet on his debut for England under-21s in today's 5-0 Euro 2017 qualifying romp against Bosnia-Herzegovina at Walsall.
Walton, on loan to League Two Luton Town for the season, got his chance for Aidy Boothroyd's already qualified Young Lions after Jordan Pickford was drafted into the senior squad to deputise for the injured Tom Heaton.
Walton is playing regularly under ex-Albion assistant Nathan Jones for fifth-placed Luton.
Tammy Abraham (2), John Swift, Joshua Onomah and Duncan Watmore were on target for England's youngsters.
