ALBION could be reduced to three strikers again for the visit of Wolves tomorrow night as Tomer Hemed tries to shrug off an injury.

Hemed, pictured below, was ruled out of Saturday’s draw against Preston on his return from three goals in two games on international duty with Israel.

Manager Chris Hughton said: “He played in the two international games, came back, trained on Thursday and just felt the top of his thigh. It was something he had felt before but it was minimal and testing was fine.

“Whether he started or came on we thought he could have made it worse. He will be touch and go for Tuesday but certainly he will be available for Saturday.”

Hemed’s availability, at worst, for the trip to Wigan is a relief for Hughton.

He can ill-afford to lose a frontman for any length of time after Albion missed out on adding to their strike force during the transfer window.

Dutchman Elvis Manu was the only out-and-out forward on the bench against Preston as cover for goalscorers Glenn Murray and Sam Baldock.

Solly March makes his second comeback from serious knee damage sustained last December in the under-23s against Blackburn Rovers at Crawley tonight (7pm).

March returned to action in the under-23s in August before a shin problem slowed his recovery programme.
