Albion manager Chris Hughton is dreading an FA Cup replay heaping more fixture congestion on his promotion-chasing squad.
The Seagulls go to National League leaders Lincoln in the fourth round on Saturday after Cardiff's Championship visit tomorrow night.
Hughton made 11 changes in the last round against MK Dons. He will repeat the policy as Albion try to cope with a hectic programme.
Hughton told The Argus: "Hopefully in the Cup game we don't draw that one. If we do I think it's one free midweek in the next six or seven weeks, so we are going to need the squad and to rotate the squad.
"There's no doubt about that, with the volume of games we've got coming up."
Albion's league visit to Barnsley, scheduled for February 18, will have to be rearranged if they reach the fifth round of the FA Cup.
