Tomer Hemed wants to keep giving Chris Hughton big selection decisions – by scoring goals.
The Israeli star scored for the fourth successive league game with a double in the 4-1 win over Burton.
His strike partner Sam Baldock was also on target as they enjoyed a rare start together. Glenn Murray added a fourth off the bench.
Hughton now faces a two-from-three poser for the midweek game at home to Ipswich with Hemed and Baldock in pole position.
Hemed said: “It’s a good problem. It’s a good position for the squad.
“The gaffer has a difficult decision to leave someone out.
“Everyone is pushing to play and it makes us better.
“I’m happy to play with Sam – but I’m happy to play with any of the front players.
“I’m happy for him and for Glenn for their goals.”
Hemed got the nod helped by his last-gasp leveller at Brentford.
He has now netted five times in the last four league games, including the penalty which gave him his second today.
The striker added: “I try to give the gaffer in every game and every training session a reason to play me.
“I knew I was in good shape and there was a good chance I would start.
“I’m glad I took my opportunity.”
