Luke Wright and Laurie Evans have been passed fit for Sussex’s do-or-die final group fixture in the Royal London One-Day Cup.
Both men left the field during the second innings of the defeat by Gloucestershire on Sunday.
But they are in the squad for a game against Hampshire at the Ageas Bowl tomorrow which Sussex must win to have any chance of reaching the quarter-finals.
Wright took a whack to his left thumb but underwent an X-ray yesterday and has been given the green light.
Evans suffered a hamstring twinge at the Saffrons but will play for Sussex, who were on duty at Hove working on their fielding today.
Phil Salt and Delray Rawlins also come into the squad to boost the options for Sussex.
