Solly March has pulled out of the European under-21 Championship.

The Albion winger wants to be sure he is fit for pre-season after a heel injury.

He confirmed his unavailability for the England squad to be named next week at an Albion In The Community event.

March said: "I won't be going. There's bone bruising and I think it's a risk of getting worse if I play on it for much longer.

The winger helped launch the new Nike Ordem V Premier League football at one of the Seagulls free football sessions at the Crew Club in Whitehawk.
