Novak Djokovic survived a second set scare to reach the semi-finals at Eastbourne today.

The Serb top seed went through 6-2, 7-6 (11-9) against American left-hander Donald Young.

Djokovic took the first set comfortably in just 26 minutes, but it was a different story after battling Young received treatment on his back.

Young had two set points, one in the tenth game and one in the tie-break, which Djokovic eventually secured on his fourth break point.

Earlier, British interest in the men's event at the Aegon International ended with a 6-3, 6-2 exit for rookie Cameron Norrie against French second seed Gael Monfils.

World No.16 Monfils finished Norrie off after leading 6-3, 2-1 overnight when the match was halted by rain.
