Albion have been warned to expect a test by razor-sharp Jamie Vardy.

But Leicester City are still without two central midfielders for their clash with the Seagulls at the King Power Stadium.

New signing and potential substitute Kelechi Iheanacho is a doubt with a toe injury and has been to see a specialist.

The Foxes could name an unchanged side against Albion as Vicente Iborra, signed from Sevilla, and Danny Drinkwater, a reported target for Chelsea, miss out.

Leicester lost 4-3 at Arsenal on opening night but Vardy looked on song with two goals.

He will lead the attack tomorrow and boss Craig Shakespeare said: “He has looked sharp in pre-season and against Arsenal. For Brighton we need a fit, healthy and dynamic Jamie Vardy.”

Onyinye Ndidi and Matty James look set to team up again in the engine room of a 4-4-1-1 set-up against the Seagulls.

Iborra is ruled by a groin injury while Drinkwater has a thigh problem but is also the centre of considerable transfer speculation.

At the back, Robert Huth has proved his fitness after an ankle injury by playing for the under-23s.

But Harry Maguire and Wes Morgan are expected to start in central defence.

Former Albion favourite Leo Ulloa appears to be competing with Islam Slimani for a place on the bench - if Iheanacho is passed  fit.

Shakespeare said of the man signed from Manchester City: "We are trying to give him time to recover. He can run, not at full pelt. If he strikes a ball and catches it wrong, there's discomfort"
