Connor Goldson
Albion defender Connor Goldson is closing in on a loan move to Ipswich.
The Argus understands the Seagulls are close to agreeing a temporary deal for the centre-back.
A move would see Goldson, keen for playing time after a frustrating 2016-17 season, work under the command of former Irish international centre-back Mick McCarthy.
It could also mean the Seagulls are close to bringing in a new defensive recruit.
