Albion are set to contest Tomer Hemed's FA charge.
Hemed fired the winner in the Seagulls' 1-0 Premier League victory over Newcastle on Sunday but has been hit with an FA charge for an alleged act of violent conduct against Toon defender DeAndre Yedlin.
Striker Hemed trod on Yedlin in the 88th minute.
If Hemed is found guilty he faces a three-match ban starting with Sunday's trip to Arsenal.
