ALBION are aiming for a fast start against West Ham at the London Stadium tomorrow night in a bid to improve their away form in the Premier League.

The Seagulls have taken one point out of 12 on their travels so far and scored one goal, in the second half at Bournemouth.

Their form has been much better at the Amex, where they have taken seven points from four games and netted five times, including Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Everton.

Skipper Bruno told The Argus: “The home form is good. It was a shame against Everton we couldn’t keep a clean sheet to give us the three points, but there are a lot of positives.

“We need to get some points away. That is so important. We’ve got a big chance on Friday. They (West Ham) have got a big squad and good players. It’s going to be another really tough game.

“If we start fast and well then maybe their fans will go against them a little bit. That is going to be our intention.”

Winger Solly March, replaced in the closing stages against Everton by record signing Jose Izquierdo, could make his 50th start for Albion.

No blame has been attached to Bruno for the late elbow on Dominic Calvert-Lewin which gifted a 90th-minute equaliser for Everton.

Boss Chris Hughton said: “It’s a tight group and when things happen players know and the group know. We all feel that disappointment, but we also know what sterling work he has done for us.

“It’s something he hasn’t got away with. On another occasion - as we tend to see numerous times with Lewis Dunk in the opposite box - unfortunately the opposition do get away with it.”

Albion, immediately above West Ham on goal difference, will shoot into the top ten if they beat them for the first time in 13 years.
