Davy Propper has been ruled out of Holland’s friendly against Scotland tomorrow.

The Albion midfielder is suffering with a minor ankle injury.

Dutch boss Dick Advocaat expects to call in Propper for a friendly against Romania in Bucharest on Tuesday.

Propper has remained with the Dutch squad and worked in the gym while they trained at Pittodrie tonight.

Advocaat said: “I’ll save him for next week.”

Propper pulled out of a practice match during training in Holland on Tuesday and went inside to do gym work instead.

The Dutch believe he is feeling the effects of a hectic Premier League season in which he has played all 990 minutes so far.
