Andre Marriner has been put in charge of Albion's clash with bitter rivals Crystal Palace at the Amex next Tuesday.
Marriner goes from fourth official at Old Trafford on Saturday for the Seagulls' visit to Manchester United to man-in-the-middle.
It will be his second visit to the Amex this season. Marriner was the ref for the 1-0 win against Newcastle, when Tomer Hemed escaped punishment but was restrospectively banned by the FA for treading on DeAndre Yedlin.
Neil Swarbrick has been appointed for the Man United game, his second time in charge of Albion in the space of four matches after refereeing the home draw against Southampton.
