Anthony Knockaert is back in the Albion squad for Wednesday's trip to Wembley against Spurs (8pm).
The French right-winger was left out of the starting eleven and omitted from the 18 altogether for Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Huddersfield.
Manager Chris Hughton, asked if Knockaert will return to the squad, declared: "Yes, very much so.
"I made a decision to go a certain way in the game against Huddersfield and also on the bench.
"We've got a very competitive squad at the moment and around that I have to make decisions.
"Sometimes you make good decisions, sometimes not so good, but I have to make those decisions around what I see at the time."
Experienced midfielder Steve Sidwell (back) remains the Seagulls' only injury absentee.
