Liam Rosenior was delighted to see Glenn Murray end his tough week with a winning goal.
Murray, arrested in midweek for alleged tax evasion, came off the bench to score the winner at Middlesbrough.
Skipper for the day Rosenior said: “He is a great professional.
“We all have things that happen in our private lives - some good, some bad.
“The most important thing is we are good professionals.
“That is something that Glenn most definitely is.
“He is a very strong character and hopefully he will let that off-the-field stuff get sorted out for him.
“He is a top guy and a top player.”
