Seven Albion under-23 and under-18 players have agreed loan deals until the end of the season, with clubs across the pyramid, to aid their ongoing development.

Rian O’Sullivan has signed for Isthmian League South side Carshalton Athletic, with the club sitting third in the league table, challenging for promotion to the Premier Division.

The Irishman spent time on loan with Worthing earlier this season, and has played once for Albion in both the Premier League 2 and the Checkatrade Trophy.

David Ajiboye will spend the remainder of the campaign with Millwall’s under-23 side in the Professional Development League - after making six league appearances for Simon Rusk’s team.

Goalkeeper Bailey Vose has agreed a loan move to National League South side Welling United, and will look to help in the club's push for promotion, as they currently occupy ninth position in the league table.

After spending time on loan with Worthing this season, Reece Meekums will remain with the Rebels until the end of the season, under the management of former Albion player and coach Adam Hinshelwood.

Jonah Ayunga links up with National League South side Poole Town, but won’t play until he recovers from injury, expected to be March at the earliest.

Under-18 players Stefan Ljubicic and Charlie Ferguson have also agreed moves to Bognor Regis Town and East Grinstead Town respectively.

Ljubicic will add to Bognor’s striking options at Nyewood Lane, while Ferguson has agreed a work experience loan move to East Court - which means he can also feature for Albion’s under-18 or under-23 teams.

Academy manager John Morling commented, “These are good opportunities for a number of our younger players to experience first-team football at various levels.

“We hope these loan moves will be to the benefit to all concerned, and aid the players’ individual development and help them continue their progress.”
