Albion's record signing Jurgen Locadia will be in the squad for the first time at Stoke on Saturday.
Manager Chris Hughton confirmed the £14 million Dutch striker's availability this afternoon for the trip to the bet365 Stadium.
Locadia has been recovering from a hamstring injury, sustained for PSV Eindhoven in December before his move to the Seagulls.
Hughton said: "He will be in the squad for Saturday.
"We know where he is. He has been out for a period of time. Some can fit straight back in, some take that little bit longer. The most important thing for us is he is now fit and available."
Stoke's Spanish striker Jese Rodriguez, on loan from PSG, is back in their squad for the first time under new manager Paul Lambert following personal issues.
