Lewis Dunk and Glenn Murray may have been overlooked by England, but Albion will still be represented in next Friday's friendly against the Netherlands in Amsterdam.
Midfielder Davy Propper has made the final cut for the Dutch squad.
Ronald Koeman announced a provisional squad for his first games in charge against England and Portugal.
The squad has now been cut to 25 and Propper has retained his place.
Former Everton and Southampton boss Koeman has taken over after the Dutch failed to qualify for the World Cup.
Propper scored three goals in qualifiers against Bulgaria and Belarus in September and October last year under ex-manager Dick Advocaat.
Five newcomers in Koeman's squad include Patrick Kluivert's 18-year-old son Justin from Ajax.
