Former Albion defender Uwe Huenemeier has made a sensational start to his second spell at Paderborn.
The popular German centre-half scored twice on his full debut.
Huenemeier had three years with Albion before rejoining second tier Paderborn in the summer.
He began their first two games on the bench before celebrating his first start with both goals in a 2-1 win against Ingolstadt, the former club of former Albion team-mate Pascal Gross.
A volley and a header dumped Ingolstadt out of the DFB Cup, earning Huenemeier the man-of-the-match trophy and the first two-goal haul in a game of the 32-year-old's career.
