Graham Potter was pleased to see five players on the scoresheet in his first game in charge of Albion.

Lewis Dunk, Glenn Murray, Jurgen Locadia, summer signing Leandro Trossard and Florin Andone were all on target as the Seagulls' beat FC Liefering 5-2 in Austria in their opening friendly under the head coach.

Potter said: "I enjoyed it. It finished off a really good week. No problems injury wise, two elevens out on the pitch, so it's just good for everyone to get some minutes.

"It's something to build on going forward now.

"It's always nice to see different people chipping in. It's the start of the season, first game. We had a few opportunities, but you expect that. We've got a lot to do to improve as well, it's just where we're at in the first couple of weeks.

"The internationals have come back in this week. We've worked with them well. The whole group has been really positive and now we can look forward to going home."
