Andi Zeqiri’s coach in Switzerland will wish the striker well as he moves on.
The Lausanne striker is expected to sign for Albion with Parma also in the running for his services.
Lausanne’s director of football Souleymane Cissé has attempted to keep Zeqiri at the club.
But coach Giorgio Contini said: “That’s football. Being a coach also means supporting the players when the moment for them to leave the club arrives.

“It’s no good having regrets. It’s better to be happy and proud to have worked well with a young player and given him the chance to go abroad.
“Andi has made that choice and, when a human being has the chance to take a step, you have to be happy for him.”
