Skipper Elliott Bradbrook scored twice while former Eastbourne Borough striker Allan Tait was also on target before Pat Harding grabbed a consolation.
George Gaskin scored the only goal of the game as Wick beat Whitehawk to book their place in the final of the RUR Cup.
