Eastbourne Eagles will have to do without a pre-season run out ahead of the Elite League campaign.
Their challenge fixture at home to Peterborough Panthers tonight was washed out.
Eagles host Swindon in the league next Saturday.
Rain over recent days is playing havoc with riders' preparations.
Among those affected is Eagles skipper Cameron Woodward, who was due to appear in a celebratory event at Somerset last night which was also rained off.
