Record signing Richard Brodie starts on the bench for Crawley at home to Fleetwood Town today.
The £275,000 beat-the-deadline capture from York City must wait for his Reds bow after boss Steve Evans opted to stick with a front pairing of Matt Tubbs and Craig McAllister.
Brodie has been named among the substitutes along with another recently-signed striker, Ben Wright.
Nick Jordan plays in goal with Michel Kuipers suspended and Steve Masterton is back from a hamstring injury in midfield to replace the banned Kyle McFadzean.
On the bench for Crawley is former Albion, Manchester City and Yeovil goalkeeper Richard Martin who provides back-up to Jordan in the absence of Kuipers.
Martin, 22, was released by Yeovil at the end of last season and began the season with Havant and Waterlooville.
Crawley: Jordan; Wilson, Hall, Quinn, Rusk; Neilson, Mills, Masterton, Torres; McAllister, Tubbs. Subs: Smith, Reason, Wright, Brodie, Martin.
Fleetwood: Hurst, Beeley, Barry, McNulty, Craney, Vieira, Brown, McGuire, Seddon, Linwood, Curtis. Subs: Pond, Grand, Thorpe, Beesley, Davies.
Referee: Andy Bennett (Devon).
