Assistant boss Paul Raynor admitted Crawley need to improve in the final third after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Fleetwood Town.

The Reds remain second in Blue Square Bet premier but they failed to make it five wins in a row with a below-par display.

Raynor said: “We have got to move teams around more, we have got to move the ball a bit sharper and our final ball today wasn’t up to standard.

“If it is, we have players who can take a chance but if we don’t give them the service, which we didn’t today, we are never going to create opportunities for these guys. In the final third today we weren’t quite good enough.

“They didn’t cause us too many problems defensively but we didn’t have the fluency in the final third we would expect.

“We are disappointed not to win, which we are entitled to be because we expect to win our home games. We are disappointed because we didn’t really do enough and that is a shame because we pride ourselves on our home performances.”
