Albion chief Gus Poyet says there will be no problems between him and rival manager Nicky Forster at Brentford tomorrow night.

The pair fell out last season, when skipper Forster pressed for a new contract.

The stepfather of Albion prospect Jake Forster-Caskey ended up leaving the Seagulls for Charlton and is now in charge of Brentford for the rest of the season following an unbeaten stint as caretaker.

Poyet said: "We have been excellent with all the staff of our opponents, so there is not going to be an issue with Nicky.

I saw him at the reserve game (against Brentford) and we had a chat about Jake, of course, and about his situation at that moment in time.

"They have just lost their first game after a very good run. He has got the experience and the character and he knows what he wants, beacuse Nicky's personality is like that.

"We need to see in the next few months or probably next year which kind of players he is going to bring to see what kind of football he is going to play.

"Right now he needs to adapt to what he has got and to the pitch, which doesn't look the greatest.

"I think you will see the real Nicky Forster probably next year."
