Goalkeeper Scott Shearer wants Crawley to send a message to their title rivals tonight.
Victory over current leaders Cheltenham Town at Broadfield Stadium by any margin would send Reds back to the top of League Two on goal difference.
But Shearer is keen for Crawley to remind the teams around them at the summit that they are still the team to beat by blowing the Robins away.
Shearer said: “They are a good side. You do not get where they are in the table through luck so we know it is going to be another tough game.
“But we want to impose ourselves on teams like that to let everybody know how strong we are. The three points is the most important however they come along but we also want to put on a show to send a message to the rest of the league."
