Bognor reached the Ryman division one south play-off final after a thrilling night at Nyewood Lane.
The Rocks beat Godalming Town 5-3 on penalties after their semi-final tie finished 4-4 after extra-time.
Ashley Robinson scored a hat-trick as Bognor twice came from behind, with Terry Dodd getting their other goal.
In the shootout Robinson, James Crane, Steve Harper, Dan Beck and Ben Johnson were all successful with Craig Stoner saving from Ben Edwards.
