Shearer reunited with Evans

Former Crawley goalkeeper Scott Shearer has joined Rotherham United on a two-year deal.

Shearer turned down the offer of a new contract last week and has instead opted to link up with ex-Reds boss Steve Evans at the Millers.

The 31-year-old turned down interest from Stevenage and another League One side, plus a couple in League Two, to work alongside Evans again.t
