Albion have brought back Ashley Barnes as they go for five in a row today.
The striker replaces Gary Dicker for the game at Millwall as the only personnel change to the side which won 1-0 at Watford, the Seagulls’ fourth successive victory.
Barnes is likely to play in an advanced role with Orlandi slotting into Dicker’s midfield berth.
Meanwhile Barnes’ former attacking colleague Chris Wood gets his first start for Millwall, replacing another former Albion loanee Darius Henderson.
Wood is on loan from West Brom.
The Lions bring back goalkeeper David Forde in place of veteran Maik Taylor.
Albion know three points today will take them top of the Championship.
However Millwall felt they matched Cardiff for long periods when the Bluebirds won here on Tuesday and will be fired up to make amends.
Millwall: Forde; Dunne, Osborne, Lowry, Malone; Abdou, Wright; Henry, Trotter; Wood, Keogh. Subs: Taylor, Shittu, Robinson, Henderson, Batt, Taylor, Smith.
Albion: Kuszczak; Bruno, Greer, El-Abd, Bridge; Bridcutt, Orlandi, Hammond; Buckley, Barnes, Mackail-Smith. Subs: Ankergren, Calderon, Dunk, Dicker, LuaLua, David Lopez, Dobbie.
Ref: Andre Marriner (West Midlands).
