Borough salvage Cup replay
Chris Shephard struck two equalisers to earn Eastbourne Borough an FA Cup third qualifying round replay with lower division Hendon.
The Ryman premier visitors twice led at Priory Lane but Shephard salvaged a 2-2 draw, including a second goal five minutes from time.
In a lively first half, Borough's Ben Adelsbury fired against the inside of his own post and right on half-time Shephard's rasping 25-yard shot was touched over for a corner.
The deadlock was broken in the 47th minute when Adelsbury carelessly gave the ball away, Elliott Charles burst forward and fed Greg Ngoyi who slid a low shot past Jordan.
Borough levelled with 19 minutes remaining when Shephard lashed the ball home from 12 yards.
But a minute later Ngoyi lobbed Nick Jordan to make it 2-1 to the visitors.
It looked like Borough were heading out until their best player, Shephard, struck again with five minutes remaining, pouncing to score after substitute David Obaze made a nuisance of himself.
Hendon had Scott Shulton sent off deep into stoppage time.
Charles Ademeno, an unused substitute, was released by the club after the game.
