Adam El-Abd has won his second cap for Egypt.

The Albion defender came on at half-time in the 3-0 friendly win over Congo in Dubai today.

El-Abd produced a rock solid 45-minute performance as the Pharaohs protected their three-goal lead.

Boss Bob Bradley was happy with the centre-back's efforts.

Egypt will remain in Dubai to play Tunisia on Tuesday.

Seagulls goalkeeper Tomasz Kuszczak was left on the bench as Poland beat South Africa 1-0 in a friendly tonight.

Must be frustrating for Tomasz but at least injuries can be avoided from a bench position. Crofty and CMS are both "safe" for 'Boro and let's hope AeA returns from Dubai intact - I think we're going to need all hand on deck for the gamcoming up!
