Ajose returns for Crawley

Nicky Ajose was recalled to the Crawley line-up for today's clash with his home-town club Bury.

The on-loan Peterborough striker partnered skipper Gary Alexander among six changes from the side which lost 1-0 at Brentford in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in midweek.

However, there was just one change from the league game at Brentford a week earlier with Bury-born Ajose, who enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Shakers in 2010-11, replacing Jonathan Forte.

There was no return for Claude Davis (thigh) and Shaun Cooper (groin) who returned to training this week but were not deemed ready to return.

Bury were missing Northern Ireland striker David Healy who was on international duty.
