Vicente has been handed his first league start of the season as Albion take on Blackburn at Ewood Park.
The former Spain international has replaced Craig Mackail-Smith for tonight’s Championship clash.
That was how Albion finished at Birmingham on Saturday when late substitute Vicente made his first appearance since August.
Gary Dicker has been named in midfield in place of Dean Hammond as the second of two changes from the Birmingham game.
There is still no Leonardo Ulloa who is yet to receive international clearance following his move from Almeria last week.
Marcos Painter is back on the bench for Albion.
Former Seagull Colin Kazim-Richards starts for Blackburn.
